“This place has really taken a huge upward turn since the removal of the former manager and is now surely the only pub in Barnet to frequent. The food here is phenomenal, the Sunday roast is by far the best in the area and there’s a quiz night every Wednesday, what’s not to like? A special mention goes to the fantastic staff who are all warm, welcoming human beings with a great energy that have put the Black Horse right back where it should be.”

“I love going to Roses nail bar to get my nails done. Tina and Peter are just the loveliest and I always feel so welcome when I come in. The standard and care is so high and I always love how my nails look when I get them done by Tina. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend Roses Nail Bar! “Fantastic park cafe serving all the usual with an added twist...they also do Polish traditional dishes as well! So, for instance, you can get a hamburger...or a Polish grilled sausage with onions in a fresh baguette- a Polish Hot Dog! Different kinds of Perogi too. Great tea and coffee options and very good ice-cream. The staff are excellent and friendly. Eat inside or out.”

“Ulla has been walking Zeus now for a good 6 weeks. She’s she’s got a fabulous personality,is reliable and always gives us an update on Zeus throughout the day. We have asked ulla last minute if she can do other favours for Zeus of which she seemed more then willing! Zeus always seems like his had an exciting day when we get home from work. She has also cleaned up any biting mess or other others that’s occurred in the house throughout the day! She’s also given Zeus lots of his own personal gifts. She’s a star! We would highly recommend!
