"Ordered food and coffee. Went to sit down, there was not one free table cleared and cleaned. Spilt milk on floor tables unwiped. Really a very unpleasant experience."

"A smaller Costa than others. Service was pretty slow and they had no vegetarian sandwiches considering it was pre-Xmas and busy with shoppers. Toilets were very unclean. Sorry wouldn't recommend."

"Slow service even taking into account they were busy. Saw a gingerbread latte advertised behind the counter and it looked good so I ordered one. It came to me with coffee and cream all slopped down the sides of the glass and no gingerbread man. When I protested I was told bluntly that there's a supply problem with the gingerbread men! So why didn't she tell me when I ordered it then? So I ended up with a lukewarm sticky glass without the gingerbread man that is there on the big poster behind the barrista! Waste of my time and money. Won't be back."
