"This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Arrived because i saw from the outside they did jacket potatoes, i went in and asked for a jacket potatoe, lady was rude and nasty - said no, we don't have it. I said okay, I'll take a drink and I'll also order a sandwich - pesto tomato, anyway, she kept looking at me as if she was confused and kept saying: "what, what." Another customer then intervened and asked her something and she answered, seems like her ears were working that time. When he had finished I then told her again what I wanted and again she acted dumb. So i said: "Ive told you three times, what is the issue." The rude person then said: "I don't need all of this attitude." And asked me to leave, well, I did, but not before I defended myself against her and her bodyguard, the customer also attacked me - well, I told them what for and I didn't hold back and I'm glad. she threatened to call the police -I said call them. Giving this shop 1 star - doesn’t even deserve that. Poor service abusive and ignorant staff and a customer who should have just sat and ate his dry meal. Also it was empty - bar that one customer, at 1pm!! -I am a big supporter of small businesses but i cant stand rudeness and ignorant people - will never return, they are racists! The funny thing is after this horrid experience I walked a few doors down to a lovely pub and had a great experience - service was impeccable!!"

"Aroma Bean is the godfather of local cafes and the best in town. Situated just 1min walk from High Barnet Station with numerous buses nearby, it's the ideal place for hookups and meetups be it for family, casual or formal. Everyone is welcome as prices are really good, food are tasty, smoothies are fresh and the ambiance is spectacular! I couldn't recommend Aroma Bean enough as staff are really friendly but professional, warm and genuinely love kids which is great for young families that don't need to feel under pressure but enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Having this cafe locally is a game changer as I've used it numerous times and will keep using it. Thanks guys, you're all awesome❤️❤️❤️"

"I cannot recommend this cafe/deli enough. I ordered a tuna melt with side of Greek salad and a coffee, I was not disappointed it was delicious cannot recommend enough, friendly staff and great customer service . Will definitely be coming back . Thank you @aromebeancafedeli"
