“Stylish Salon...Lovely soft lighting which is very complimentary...Warm...Welcoming Atmosphere..So glad I came here.. I had eyelash extensions today..One word..Stunning..As perfect you can get.! Had extensions done a few times before...but never as I had them done here.. The best thing is...it is so local to me..What more could I ask for..Well, one thing is to improve my Polish.!.. As soon as you walk in..the warmth of the salon and of its owners makes you feel so much at home.! it would be so nice if one day..they offer semi permanent make up..for me..personally...eyebrows and eye liner.! That would make it the perfect Salon...well, more perfect than it is.! I am not one for looking at myself in the mirror...but, now I cannot help but to admire my new lashes...As I said..Stunning.! “I took my 5 and 3 year old for their haircuts. We haven’t had much success in the past with the boys going to a barbers. But this was a great experience, the staff were very patient, and have done an amazing job. The boys particularly likes the lollipops that the staff were very generous with. “I have been coming here for years and the staff are very good at cutting your hair exactly as you ask for. I have very thick hair so it needs to be cut and thinned out properly. I have tried other places and have never been happy with the results. It's best to make an appointment if you want a particular barber and don't want to wait! Easy to get free parking for 1 hour on the roads outside.”

“Fantastic large room on a budget. Strong food smells from the residents kitchen but I'm a good lover so this didn't phase me. I could see this as a problem for others but as for the room and location it was perfect for our trip.”

“If you have a child, who is not keen about hairdressing, this is the place to go. My son has special needs and absolutely hates anyone touching his hair and is totally terrified of shavers and similar. It took long time and many attempts (every time brilliant hairdresser did eventually managed to get him cut) and today he is actually sitting in the chair, all by himself, without being held down and is having his hair cut done.”

Being from the West Midlands, I loved going to the cafe with my dad when I was younger and always said that the local cafe in Birmingham would never be topped. That is until I discovered the Waddon Café. 5 stars isn’t enough for the quality of this place. Great people, great food and GREAT PRICES! (The best traditional English breakfast in London if you ask me). Can’t recommend this place enough. To the people of Waddon Café, Thankyou!”

“IKEA store arranged over 2 floors with everything you come to expect. Even at busy lunch times there always seem to be somewhere to sit and the tables are cleaning very carefully between each guest. Somehow they have managed to keep the price of food reasonable despite inflation in Summer of 2022. The toilets are well maintained and the staff very helpful. Overall a first rate experience.”
