The Magical Hands Limited
● Open“Excellent experience, I had induced a very painful knee injury, which despite all the RICE technique and painkillers taken would not give up and my knee swelled up so bad it locked itself in position. Pugal did what he did and is a very patient, professional and kind individual. There were moments where I was screaming like a baby but in all goodness I came to the clinic with crutches and left walking. All this within an hour, definitely recommend seeing this Physio practice beforehand. Prices are very affordable and location is very nice with loads of parking.”

Haytor Kennels
● Closed“Before I found Haytor, I was struggling to find a solution to my doggy day care issues because of Ruby's problems mixing with other dogs, but the staff here have been amazing. They are genuinely caring and understand her temperament. She always comes home exhausted and sometimes gives a more enthusiastic 'goodbye' to the staff than she does a 'hello' to me at the end of the day! I would have no hesitation in recommending Haytor Kennels to others.”

Eagle Heights Wildlife Foundation
● Open“We were visiting from Texas and my mother in law planned a trip here because my 7 year old son is obsessed with Birds of Prey. This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in England and life long memories my son will have. The grounds are immaculately kept up, the birds and all animals are well taken care of. They have meerkats, pigs, goats, lambs, and huskies along with so many birds. The bird experience was amazing and watching their keepers explain in detail about each one made it incredibly fascinating. We will visit again in the future 1000%. There is a little playground on site and plenty of parking space available. Also the drive to the Eagle Heights is a breathtakingly beautiful one. Gorgeous views and it is close to a small little village like town.”

Aspen Vet Surgery
● Closed“I had my cat, Charlie, registered at Aspen Vets (Abbey Wood branch) for 4 years. He was an aggressive little thing and didn't respond well to most of the staff. For some reason, Rai always managed to handle him well and with no nonsense. He was gentle but firm with Charlie. Rai is based at the Sidcup branch the majority of the time so I went the extra 10 minutes in the car to make sure Charlie was seen by him. I had Charlie put to sleep yesterday, which was very upsetting but Rai outlined every step he was going to take and even every step he might have to take if the first ones didn't work (i.e, if he couldn't find the kidneys, or he couldn't get a vein for the needle). He was extremely empathetic and so very kind to my boyfriend and I - we were obviously in tears and struggling. He was fine with us staying with Charlie through the euthanasia and even checked to see if we'd experienced it before as it's obviously traumatic. I would highly recommend Aspen Vets. Don't be afraid to request a particular vet if your pet responds well to that person; after all, your pet needs to be at ease as much as possible.”

All Seasons Dogs
● OpenChelmsford CM2 8FX, United Kingdom“We got our beautiful Minnie around the beginning of lockdown but soon needed to have her looked after some days when we were both out at work. We were recommended to Donna and I called her. Minnie started there that week and has been going 2 to 3 days a week since. The place itself is amazing with so much room to run around safely and of course to shelter whilst still mixing with other dogs. It is important to know that the dogs are not locked in kennels or cages but allowed to roam around mixing together or sometimes (Minnie) sitting alone on the trampoline or sofa trying to look aloof! What is obvious to us is that Donna and family love the dogs and very much care for their welfare. We recently left Minnie there for 2 weeks while we went away and were wholly comfortable that she was being loved and cared for. We very much need to have her looked after during the week as do many other people including front line workers. I cannot imagine a place that is more secure, safe and loving as this to look after our little family members. We would be distraught if they were forced (totally unnecessarily) to close down and cannot fathom why this would be deemed necessary or justified. I for one would be prepared to do anything in my power to support Donna and family in their case and endeavours to keep All Seasons open and I urge others to commit to the cause for your dogs sake and theirs!”

There's even a pool, sauna, and steam room. Membership is a little pricey if you don't take advantage of the classes, but it's a cut above every other place I've trained at.”

SpineLab
● Closed“I first visited Carl at the SpineLab in 1998 with a persistent hamstring problem that I couldn't shake off. At the time I was playing league cricket so this was a big problem for me. I didn't know anything about Chiropractic at the time but was amazed that within a couple of visits my hamstring felt better and I was able to play well again. In 2005 I started to play league tennis and began to visit Carl on a monthly basis to stay fit and injury free. I am now in my mid 50s and am playing as well as I ever have - and I am absolutely convinced that the only reason I am able to do this is because of these regular Chiropractic visits. Carl treats not only the symptoms (for me usually tightness in my lower back, shoulders, and calf muscles) but addresses the causes of these issues. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for anyone who enjoys competitive sport and wants to continue this into middle age without injury!”

Woodham Lane Vets
● Closed“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!”
