● Closed“I injured my wrist in a freakish accident 3 years ago. I left it and gradually as I stopped using my arm as much it became weaker and pain developed in my elbow, shoulder and neck. Washing my car or doing my garden would leave me in pain for days. In February this year, I decided to see a physio but was a bit skeptical as I had seen 3 or 4 in but did no like them. I found Dan on Google and he diagnosed me on the first appointment. He put in place specific programmes which I followed assiduously and 3 months after I was discharged after being in pain for years. My pain is literally gone, my arm feels stronger and I have been going to the gym lifting light weight. I will be adding more weights gradually as I am getting more confident. Dan is very friendly and was available on the phone or email when I had questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you Dan!”
