"Worst and last place to select in. I was late for a 20 min to reach for a given appointment due to two reason, first unexpected traffic due to accident on road and second the given postcode doesn’t take you to correct location. Though I have explain the situation precisely, Doctor didn’t see me for being a late. He doesn’t care for how long patients are waiting for an appointment and not sensible to understand for an individual situation. I have even requested to see me for 5 to 10 minutes at least but no luck. Indeed, they don’t have an understanding what profession they are working in."

"Great service at the Pinner centre, the staff are organised and friendly and the overall experience was great. Had trouble initially getting through the phone for an appointment and had to send an email to the doc directly, but they called to get feedback and understand the issue, which I thought was great customer service.
