Quick meal in Welling

“This Saturday, we had been to Shobha,s Rasoi. One thing to keep in mind there there is no parking for Shobha Rasoi and its on the Harrow High Stree but you can park your car in spencer lane which has free parking but spaces are limited. We were not aware of so we parked our car in Locket lane which is charged parking but after 4 pm its free as it was mentioned. We reached there after 7 pm so it was not an issue parking over there. Then we went to Shobha Rasoi. When we entered gate, there was an arrangement for hand sanitizer and once you confirm your booking, you would be accompanied by staff to the relevant place. Although not big but ambience was amazing. All staffs were very nice. We had placed an order for starter and the service was really very quick. We ordered our main courses in anticipation that probably it would take time but before we could finish our starter we got our main courses. Foods my god , it was super delicious. We had got this type of delicious foods after very long time. The taste was like we used to have in India in restaurants. Its really worth visiting this restaurant if you have never been over there.”

Other customers have raved about the delicious food and generous portions served at Hakka Gardens. Their specialties are Hakka noodles, Chinese bhel, and Chicken lollipop. “Today I had a lovely nights out with my friend.I had some batter fillet of Haddock with nice and fresh crispy chips it was absolutely delicious. The fish was really fresh and tasty. Really impressed with the service! We will surely come back”

“Lovely little place with good food and service and a gorgeous courtyard in the back to eat in. Must try spot. The house bread was really special. Also the Ceviche and tomato salad. Menu changes frequently I believe.”

“Amazing atmosphere works beautiful deformation around and great customer service. I felt incredible being there and the vegan cake was glam. I enjoyed my vegan hot chocolate with coconut milk. I would give 10/10 exclusively to everyone in the cafe. I'm glad the coffee shop remained opened the late evening and next time I'm planning on trying am meal from the menu. Vegan and organic. If you're dining after 6 pm you'll be lucky enough to get some discounts. Beautiful location very close to Parsons Green tube (district line) and other bus stops. The restaurant is located in zone 2.”

“The best pizza I had in London. The pistachio ice cream is divine as well as the pasta have tried. So happy to have found a restaurant that uses guanciale for the carbonara and not pancetta as many restaurants do. Great service! I am always returning with joy. I am happy to pay a bit more as the quality is higher. Thank you!”

“Writing this review a bit late but if you want breakfast/brunch and good coffee in Tooting then this is your place (highly recommend the French toast -you’ll notice this is one of the only places in Tooting you’ll be able to get it, and the avo on sourdough). I used to live walking distance to the cafe and and very much miss it. The service is top notch, -I don’t know the managers name but he was always friendly and I noticed he would acknowledge each and every customer coming in which is quite cool as you don’t see all managers doing that. If you’re worried about missing out on a busy weekend, you can always book a table Opentable.com, there are a few outside and the rest are indoors.”

“Great and authentic Korean food. Super fast service in seating and in food preparation. I confirmed with the staff that all the chicken and beef dishes on the menu are HALAL. We went at about 6:30pm and only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table despite it being very busy. The food is ordered via your own mobile phone by scanning the QR code located on the table – but if you have any questions about the food the staff are very friendly in helping out as they did with us. The food arrived pretty quick after ordering even in a packed house. Great tasting food. Very friendly staff. They were kind, efficient and hard working. One of the staff members kindly explained what each of the kimchi we ordered were and let us know the best way to enjoy it with our meal - even in a busy restaurant she took the time out to have a conversation with us so we could have a better experience. Bento Bap is located very close to Aldgate East Station however if you want to save some money on train travel, I recommend getting off at Whitechapel Station and walking down as it would be cheaper since Whitechapel is in Zone 2. “Update........ Tryed the fish Friday menu tonight and was delicious, plus you can still order from the bistro menu so plenty of choices including whole lobster and surf and turf. There's a pre book Christmas menu available for the 1st-23rd of December which looks excellent value for money, small deposit required. Great building with plenty of history. Booked bistro for a Sunday roast dinner. Foods good, does get very busy especially for Sunday lunches. Nice bistro and courtyard. Staff amazing! Professional, polite and attentive. Will definitely revisit and try the fish menu available on Friday's. Very limited parking.”
