"Totally gone downhill all our food was cold rang at 6.40 was told 20 minutes hour later food was ready after waiting around for 30 minutes. I've been coming here since they opened I won't be coming back. I get it you need just eat etc but you bypassed ours for it. You need to look after your loyal customers"
"Over an hour an no food delivered. First and last time I use this place again. According to app the food has been waiting for a driver for 50minutes. I have no idea what state the food will be in when it arrives. Update - food is lukewarm and chips a day onions rings are soggy. Never again is not worth the £40 I paid. My daughter refuses to even touch the chips. Update: 8/May To owner, you do realise that your responsibilities do not end after you cook the food right? You are responsibile to the point of delivery. You were fully aware that the divers were delayed so you could have (shock horror) remade the food as any respectable food place knows fried food will become cold, wet and soggy if left for an amount of time. Yet you still sent out the food in that manner. I wonder what HSE would find if they visited. As for never ordering again, if that's the standard of food you are willing to send out then I'd pass before I get a bout of gastroenteritis. Quite clearly a poorly managed business and all 5 star reviews were done by your friends. Potential customers need to know the truth."
"I have used pettswood kebab house for over 20 years. Always spot on with their food, fresh, hot, with generous portions, and their customer service is always first class. You can order over the phone to avoid any disappointment."
"A local resident said this was the best kebab shop in town and I can see why. The food was fresh and delicious with a decent portion size. The staff were very friendly with prompt service. It's a busy shop that only accepts cash."
