Michael is very personable. He took great care and skill to identify the root of my problem, worked to strengthen my weak areas and gave me exercises to enable me to maintain the improvement. “The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was closed but the chef overheard that we were 'starving' and she kindly offered to prepare whatever we wanted. The food was great! They have lovely outdoor seating which is well spaced out to maintain social distancing.”

“The best fish and chips in Watford. It's a shame the rating system only allows me to go to 5 because this is easily a 6 star restaurant. Delivery time within 30 minutes. Not only do I think both the fish and chips are divine, but they are consistently delicious every time I order. No other restaurant has ever been this consistent. There are a lot of fish and chip restaurants, but this is the one you should be ordering from. Many thanks, will order again soon.”
