"Well , that’s my first bad review ever .. not sure where to begin , came with straightforward request of highlights and a toner . The colourist Sorcha , highly recommended balayage , so it turned out a total nightmare. I have ended up with weird colour all over .. the girl should really do more training , as even I knew more than her in regards to colour and toners she used . Ruined day and I have an important appointment tomorrow , which I am going to look ridiculous at . Manager was very understanding and more experienced though , so I wasn’t charge for this “art work” the worst thing when the colourist blamed me and the bad lighting in the salon,which really is outrageous. Have a look at photo attached . Advice to the company - invest in your staff as they are ruining peoples hair . My hair is orange/green/brown .."
