"Very understanding reception when booking appointment as my cat gets very stressed in this environment so a late appointment was scheduled when the surgery is quieter. The vet was gentle and kind and my cat was as relaxed as I have ever seen him in this scenario so I was very relieved. She was also very professional and efficient and we were in and out in no time."
"We were seen early. The reception staff were friendly. The vet/nurse was caring and kind to my highly anxious dog who climbed on me and clung to me during the visit. She was patient, and quick and efficient so that my dog could get out of there quickly to calm her down. Each member of staff we have seen have been fantastic."

"This was an unplanned visit. Took me a while to find a vet with reptile experience in my area that would see my lizard quickly. Vet was really lovely, very helpful and professional. He had lots of good advice which we still follow and our lizard made a full recovery and is doing well."
