“Came here today for an MOT - i booked myself in to sit and wait whilst the service was being carried out. Wow what an great customer experience. I've had many different cars, but the experience with the Lexus servicing team is fantastic. Not only was my MOT carried out professionally, but all they way through they explained everything and suggested improvements without applying the hard sell. I had arrived late, they didn't lecture me, lose patience or rush the car in. They listened to my concerns and and also took time to ask me if there was anything else they wanted me have them look at. Ordered Chicken Karahi and chicken biryani and got the suggestion for Garlic naan which was really amazing. Both of the main courses were lovely, loved the quantity too.
