He won’t charge you if he can’t find / fix the problem and his rates are super fair. As someone who likes to work on cars myself, he always takes the time to explain issues in detail and if it’s easy enough even encourages me to fix it myself (which another shop would NEVER do). He even allowed me to recycle a few used auto parts. Robert is the man."
