"Owner delivered us a sofa which we never asked for and does not want to take it back. After going to their shop and seeing one we liked, we placed the order. We paid for the sofa before leaving. They called us and told us that they don't actually have the model we wanted and said they will be delivering another one. We asked if we could still return it if we don't like it since we didn't see it in the showroom and they said no problem. The owner then came delivered it and said we should put it in first which we did. We then called him and told him that we want to return it and he said no because it was already delivered even though he said that we could return it. Nothing but lies from these guys and empty promises. Delivers products nobody asked for and aggressive sales techniques."

"This place is fantastic, service on point, really nice staff think its a famliy run business the woman and the guy in store in Barkingside so lovely, I was even bit short on the prise ,even then was no problems ,I would recommend this place 100%, quality also very good the bed and table i got the quality here is better my opinion compared to others I have seen."
