“I cancelled my repeat prescription order from Boots in Banstead as have experianced late delivery over the past four months, and not answering the Pharmacy phone for days on end, this month I had again to phone to find out why my prescription was five days late, Boots told me they had delivered the request on the 18th of April, I phone the clinic who advised me they had nor received the repeat request from Boots, that's when I gave up on Boots. Contacted Lloyds Banstead to take over my order, found staff very helpfull and after contacting my clinic for my details, even collected my overdue prescription from Boots and delivered it to me the same day. If that is the standard of service from Lloyds Pharmacy I am very glad I changed. Thank you Lloyds.”

“I went in to Victoria Chemist today to collect my prescription and asked about having a Covid antibody test done as I am in the at risk group and currently worried about how much protection I have left from the my last vaccination. Priyanka took the time to explain what the results would show (they don't give an exact measure of protection) and I decided to go ahead. I was telephoned within 30 mins with the result and this has really put my mind at rest as I do have antibodies from the vaccines. Thank you Priyanka.”

“I'm a pretty laid back person but when it came to planning my wedding, I knew that I would be precious about the flowers. Mad Lilies absolutely nailed them. From my very first enquiry, the team have been amazing! Responsive to emails, always at the end of the phone and fully open to ideas and making everything work. We had a plan and then we had to postpone the day which meant completely new flowers because of the season. Michael and I went to meet Alison to talk things through and we left the meeting on such a high. Alison totally got us, what we wanted and was so enthusiastic, she made us forget about all things Covid and made us excited about our wedding again. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, even a courtesy call on the week of the wedding just to check we were happy with everything. The flowers on the day were stunning. Whimsical, naturally beautiful and I was just blown away with our suspended arch which made the room! The bouquets were even better than I could have imagined and Alison even imparted some crucial bouquet holding advice that I will definitely share with all future brides! Best of all, Mad Lilies is our local florist and I will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you so much to you all ”

“Have been two times before an afternoon walk in Banstead woods. Tried various omelettes and a bacon and egg sandwich, all were lovely. The omelette with sides is a big portion which I share with my 4 year old. It's my aim to return and try the delicious looking scones. There's only one toilet which can result in small waits but it was relatively clean. Environment busy but comfortable and pleasant on the eye.”

“Visited here probably 6/7 years ago for a fitting and the staff were amazing. Left with the perfect bra after never having a good fitting bra. Visited again today as I've been in poorly fitted bras for years since my pregnancy. I had messaged last night (gone 8pm on a Sunday!) expecting my message to get picked up in the morning but to my surprise had a response within half an hour asking for my number so staff could call me in the morning to discuss my questions. I hadn't had a chance to reply and had another message this morning from the member of staff who'd phoned the store to speak to todays staff to confirm if what I needed was in stock, and it was. Arrived an hour or so after to be greeted by the most lovely lady, made me feel so at ease and had me in the most comfortable bra within minutes. She had me trying several on to compare and told me she could order more in for me as some weren't in stock in my size. Unfortunately I am flying out the country on weds and needed bras ASAP but I walked out with EXACTLY what I wanted and will be visiting again once I'm back so I can get some more bras. I walked out the shop with my new bra on and still have it on 12 hours later and it is so comfortable yet completely supportive and it has made such a difference to my posture and figure. Absolutely wonderful two ladies working today so thank you very much. Will see you again soon :D It's true what they say, a good fitting bra makes you feel like a new woman!”

“My second time visiting this shop as my friend lives nearby and highly recommended coming.... and I definitely agree! The shop assistant, who I assumed is the owner, was incredibly knowledgable about his stock and about spirits in general and I felt welcomed but not pressured to buy anything. I had free samples very generously given, and it was the closest experience to being in a bar I’ve had in months! They have an amazing selection of drinks and some very high quality spirits. I went in for gin and being an avid gin lover I was quite surprised at just how varied and enticing their selection was. I would highly recommend visiting this shop!”
