"Excellent customer service from Alex and Jess at the Kingswood branch. They very kindly took back the 5 bags of Felipure cat litter that l purchased online, but returned to their store. They were amazing and organised an immediate refund for me. Sadly this once top quality cat litter has in recent months declined into something so dusty and crumbly, that even the cheapest supermarket brands are better!!"

"I have a miniature dachshund and have tried unsuccessfully to purchase a harness for her on 2 occasions at other pet outlets. I was so pleased with the time and attention that we received from Faith at Kingswood. Faith persevered with various options and took great care with my dog who can be quite nervous but was soothed by the handling that was needed by Faith. I had reverted to a collar for my dog but she is so much happier with a harness and grateful for the time and expertise shown. The store is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend it to dog or cat owners."
