“NEED CAR PARTS? SHOP HERE FIRST!!! We have used Steve down at Coulsdon Autos for years and years!! So nice seeing a family run business ran well. If anyone can get it, Steve and the team can do try them first. He is also really reasonable on pricing so don’t assume they are expensive as they base their business on being fair and as keen as they can be on price. We are a big Renault garage in the same town and we use Coulsdon Autos weekly and could use loads of other online places but don’t for the reasons above. Ultra reliable and always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Steve and the team, regards, Mark and the rest of the guys at Renault Coulsdon.”

“At the end of a busy Saturday, with all staff busy unloading a delivery, I went into this shop in early May '22 looking for a specific cleaning product. The shop assistant not only showed me what they had, but stopped me spending £8 when I could spend $1.99 and get exactly what I actually needed. How very unusual these days to get such customer service! Despite the urgency of their task, I was never rushed. I will go back on the basis that real value is created by friendly, practical customer care.”

The staff are lovely and always serve with a smile! A great selection of hot and cold drinks/food. Uber Eats delivery is also very speedy too. “Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”

Then a smaller room with a difficult stairs support they needed to cover up, it looks amazing and you would not know it was there.
