The two ladies are the most lovely people, they always remember us and our dog is spoilt with a little treat upon entry (which may be why he drags us all along the high street to get to the pet shop!!). They will go above and beyond to help with any enquires and you can tell they really care! There is a great community spirit about them, always getting involved in neighbourhood activities- plus at Christmas, they have a beautiful window snow display. The shop is also spotless! I highly highly recommend them!”

They had a great variety of products including lots of well-known character ornaments to put into the tank. The staff in aquatics were very helpful and ensured we got everything set up correctly for the fish we planned to buy the following day. Very informative and friendly. Today we took our daughter to choose the fish. The staff member, Matt, served us and he was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. He went out of his way to choose specific fish for her so she could tell the difference between them and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Went back a week later to get more fish and two shrimp. This time served by another gentleman with brown hair. He was really helpful and amazing at his job. Very informative about every aspect of the shrimp and fish. Thank you again for your help!”

Good range of products: the dog food selection is like the British Library reading room; fresh tripe from the freezer is always appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend the Vets4Pets service here though, or at any Pet’s at home; despite the vets being great, there’s too much emphasis on pressure sales of unnecessary treatments to engorge their corporate income stream.”

After an emergency doctor had prescribed antibiotics for my young son, my local pharmacy did not have the liquid solution on stock and would not change to the tablets, despite authorisation to do so. This was very upsetting as it was already late in the evening. I called Dock pharmacy, we had a good talk about the issue, and the pharmacist said they could of course help with my prescription change and that they would prepare the tablets and a dispenser straight away. By the time I had driven to the site my order was ready to collect. Absolute first class service, with a smile and concern for my sons wellbeing. Also the pharmacist had a fantastic blue hair colour as well! I bought them some Chocs from the local shop as a big thanks for the help. Superb people and open late too. WIN”
