"Beware. Disrespectful and Rude member of staff! My review is not about the products or the pets, it's about the ''customer service'' in this store. I believe that the manager of this store should teach the staff some manners, and not just about pet care. The last time I visited, after waiting for more than 15 minutes, I had to call for assistance since nobody was coming over at the fish department. I then spoke with a shop assistant in the fish department, the teenaged girl serving seemed knowledgable about fish care, unfortunately she knew nothing about good manners. I kindly pointed out to her that she should be more polite and her reply was ''why do I have to be polite with the customers?'' I briefly explained to her that addressing the customer with respect is the correct way to do her job. I have no doubt it went into deaf ears. I would not recommend this pet store to anyone."
