"Ordered 4 perfumes from them online with the promise of next day delivery, they did not arrive so after a few days I phoned them up and asked about my order, the lady was very friendly and explained two of the perfumes I ordered were out of stock and that they need to order them from the distributor. She was very apologetic and that as soon as they arrived she would send them out, which she did do! I received my order the day after she had said they would receive their shipment. The reason it is not 5 stars is the website needs to show when a item is not in stock before a order is put through, or at the very least, an email should be sent out to say that one or more items that is included in the order is out of stock otherwise the customer is left in the dark with what it happening."

"I would say the same as everyone else's complaints. I placed an order for a perfume on the 11th February and I did not receive it. Contacted them multiple times and no reply. I'm currently in the process of getting my money back via my card provider. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!"

"Would echo other complaints, also check trustpilot for the same issues. It's dangerous to promise 24 hour tracked delivery for medication when that is so clearly not what they can fulfil. They also don't respond to repeated email requests."

"As other people reported below, I also had the issue of placing a £50 order one month ago for a 24h delivery. They took my money and never dispatched the item. I’ve clntacted them mutiple times through their contact form and their contact emails, but they never answer. I will report the scam to my bank. Avoid"

"Absolutely shocking service. Ordered perfume from them on December 9th , they promised next day delivery, but surprise, surprised it didn’t turn up . After many attempts to try and contact them. Had to go through my credit company to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Big Rip off"
