“Jamie gave me a hard time about my dog. I like that. Got a Pommy as wife and 4 kids didn’t want a German Shepard. I think I have the worse kept looking Pommy in Essex and I will try to do better Jamie. The fact Jamie took me to task in a kind way shows he is not a Slimy ar$e licking shop owner just in it for the money. I will always come back and I recommend to anyone with a dog like mine to come here for grooming . When my dog leaves this pet Spa I feel like I could pull off putting on a mini skirt and a blonde wig and pretend to be Paris Hilton walking with my Pommy under my arm. Previous pet groomer I went to butchered my dogs hair and I deeply regret going to any odd pet groomer. I should have gone to Pet Spa Essex and done the research. Come here for your dog grooming needs. Jamie also has the whitest teeth I have ever seen so bring sun glasses!”

“I booked four nights recently at BGH and absolutely loved it. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you, my room was huge and the off street parking was a blessing. I was on a course and the room allowed me peace to study at night. Two minutes walk from the high street, for food or local shops - it was brilliant. Breakfast was available every day and the garden room was gorgeous. My room had two wardrobes, a fridge, a smart TV and free wi-fi. My private shower room was very modern, clean and constantly with warm water and lots of clean fresh towels. I was treated to a wonderful stay at Brentwood guest house and plan on returning very soon for another beautiful, rest filled stay!”

“We've been with Shenfield vets for around a year now and they have always been helpful and compassionate with the problems our dog has. Never feel rushed and, given the costs of obtaining the ongoing medication our dog needs, they offered to give us a private prescription so that we can buy the meds on the internet for half the cost. Definitely recommend this practice, one of the best I've ever belonged to.”

A comprehensive meet and greet before our holiday allowed us to completely relax in the knowledge our cat and home would be looked after professionally and with care. Angela looked after our cat for 10 days, with twice daily visits. We had photo updates via WhatsApp everyday and Angela returned our keys personally the day after we arrived home. Absolutely the best cat sitter we have ever employed. Would not hesitate to recommend For Paws. We will certainly be using For Paws again. Thanks Angela!”

“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

“This hotel is immaculately clean,the service was outstanding everywhere , the room had nothing at all wrong with it ,the product range in the bathroom were lovely.Beautifully comfortable bed with great pillows , slept like a baby. We weren't going to have breakfast but OMG ,the choices were outstanding, even down to the sections of breads.We were so pleased that we decided to have breakfast here as this was not the usual mass produced , cheap hotel style fodder,occasioned to other Hotels.The freshly made healthy fruit drink was a lovely extra. The bacon was divine, along with everything else served . The little added extra touches like the fresh flowers etc made our stay adorable. Congratulations to a fantastic team and an extremely well run establishment.Thank you.”
