"Creatures Great & Small is a small pet shop located in the middle of Brentwood town centre on High Street. They offer a wide range of pet products and food for all animals, and provides a range of pet services for dogs such as grooming. They have a great selection of toys for your pets. I purchased a few toys for a puppy I've been looking after while their owner is on holiday. I also visited previously to purchase a few products for my cats. The staff have always been polite and friendly, and the store clean and tidy."

"This is lovely pet shop on Brentwood high street is perfect place to spoil your babies. Staff are very helpful and always feel welcome. Unfortunately the grooming place is awful. I book my dog 8 weeks in advance. I haven't received a text message to remind me about appointment. On the day grooming staff wouldn't bother to call me as I live short distance from the store. The groomer called me in the afternoon to remind me about missed appointment and charged for not showing up. I took my baby to another place as communication is perfect. I still recommend the shop and very helpful staff but not the grooming."
