They are well priced and from my last two visits they never push you to buy anything, they explain and ask if you want it done. Lovely staff, and never any problems getting an appointment when necessary. We use the monthly pet plan service for flea and worming treatments, which includes two appointments or checkups per year and works out as good value.”

● Open“Where do I begin? This hotel exceeded my and my husbands expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I would even go as far to say opulent. When we arrived we were put in and ADA queen room. I didn’t think much of it, but my husband checked our original reservation and we had booked a superior king room with a park view. He went down to let them know about the mix up. Doreen helped to sort everything out and to make up for the error, comped us a suite. We have never felt so cared for in the hospitality realm as we did from Doreen and the rest of the staff at Kimpton Fitzroy. We will always always stay here when we visit London going forward as a result of her and her teams exceptional service. As far as we are concerned, this is the best hotel in London. I would also like to say that every staff member at this hotel was exceptional from the door man to concierge to management. They know what they’re doing here.”

The decoration and style in all the hotel is superb, a traditional English decor. The service was just outstanding, everyone were so attentive to make sure we had anything we needed and always willing to help. The location was a plus, very close to many restaurants and places to visit, and very accessible for taxis/uber. Staying in this hotel was the best decision I made to enjoy my trip to London, I recommend it 100%.”

I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”

However, the whiskey bar run by Daniel is amazing, take some time to speak to him and let him. walk you through the whiskeys, then nip into "40 Elephants", the cocktail bar in the hotel and have the staff detail the cocktails and why the chandelier is like it is - the place is fabulous. - cannot recommend it enough.”

They remember you, so each time you return you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent & the dining hall light & airy. You're very near to public transport (Woodside Park Station is at the end of the road) & the a main shopping street studded with nice places to eat. In short, the guest house is a lovely alternative to the many faceless chains in London. I'm looking forward to being a regular in future!”
