"The Montague on the Gardens was a fantastic hotel. Was a last minute booking due to a change of plans. All staff were helpful and made myself and my girlfriend feel really welcome! The room was clean, turn down service was great and breakfast was lovely. Lovely conversation with the staff about my car when returned from Valet parking was just another touch of going above and beyond from a Red Carnation Hotel. Arguably one of the best hotel groups available to stay at!"

"great experience!!! Let's start by saying that the service at this hotel is above and beyond, all the team members are always happy to help and all with a smile, so pleasant! The hotel is simply charming with a classic English design, the rooms are beautiful and well-equipped, a coffee corner, bottles of water are put in the room every day, a comfortable bed, a very good shower. Cleanliness at a high level, the room was cleaned both in the morning and in the evening and towels were changed each time. The location is excellent and we reached a lot of places on foot, close to all public transportation and there are also bus lines right at the door of the hotel. Excellent bar and restaurant in the hotel. Very satisfied with our choice, we will definitely return!"

"Lovely hotel in excellent location for central sights within walking distance. Very helpful and efficient staff, especially concierge and breakfast servers. Standard room on the small size but adequate for a short stay. Well furnished and clean with excellent bed linen and ' fluffy' towels. Complimentary water/tea and coffee plus biscuits. Attractive communal areas, bars and dining room..Breakfast self service apart from eggs and toast. Usual continental selection together with traditional English fare. Quite expensive I.e £28.50 but good quality products on offer. Extra £4 supplement for pancakes, waffles etc.. Hotel adds a discretionary service charge of £10 per night and this is not ( in my case) pointed out until queried on receipt of invoice. On the whole a lovely place to stay."

"Outstanding and superb service throughout! I can’t thank the ladies at the front desk enough for making mine and my son’s stay so perfect and memorable by managing to sort us out a room last minute. The master suite was incredible, and my son and I were overwhelmed with how beautiful it was. The hotel staff really make you feel so welcome and can’t do enough for you. If you’re searching for a child/family friendly hotel, I would highly recommend this one for its location, outstanding service and stunning decor.A********"

"The room beds are super comfortable, the surrounding area is very quiet so I always had a very good rest. The rooms are small, but very practical, they have all you need for a enjoyable stay. The decoration and style in all the hotel is superb, a traditional English decor. The service was just outstanding, everyone were so attentive to make sure we had anything we needed and always willing to help. The location was a plus, very close to many restaurants and places to visit, and very accessible for taxis/uber. Staying in this hotel was the best decision I made to enjoy my trip to London, I recommend it 100%."
