"Great receptionist, brilliant vet, answered all my questions and made me and my puppy feel at ease"
"Absolutely love this vet and use it for all of our animals. They see reptiles and rodents, along with the usual cats and dogs, which is always harder to find! Very quick to respond to messages, never have a problem accessing our prescriptions in a timely manner and the staff are always friendly and reassuring. Wouldn't take our fur babies anywhere else."
"Just wanted to say a massive thank you for taking care of our cat George today. He had 2 x dental extractions and scale and polish under GA. Staff so caring and knowledgable and professional and he is now recovering well at home. In fact he is the most spritely we have seen him in ages. "LOVE this vet. Although I don't have anything to compare it to. All the vets are very knowlegable and helpful at both Feltham and Staines. However Annie is our favourite. Nurses and receptionists are friendly and helpful. LOVE the health care club."
