“Matt and Em looked after our dog Fig while we were away on holiday. They were fantastic and we got lots of regular updates with photos. Its clear how much they both love dogs, they put us completely at ease and we knew he was in great hands. Fig absolutely loved them and I think he was pretty devastated when they left. They also took great care of our flat and we arrived home to a cleaner flat than when we left. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much Matt and Em.”

“Ruth at Pawfect style was really great and made my 7month old puppy's first trip to be fully groomed a breeze! My dog came out looking amazing and smelling good too! The grooming was impeccable and she looked so good I couldn't believe she was my dog! From the time she arrived they made her welcome and she was happy to go off into the cabin with minimal fuss. They called me when she was almost ready for pick up. When I arrived my puppy was happy and excited and obviously enjoyed her time being pampered. A lovely little touch was a Halloween bandana! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!”

You can book appointments with the same groomers so your precious pup can become familiar with the same groomers. The staff are friendly and professional and your pup will look amazing afterwards.”

I called today and they kindly offered to fit him in at the end of the day. These guys done an Absolute amazing job cutting my boys nails. “Jamie gave me a hard time about my dog. I like that. Got a Pommy as wife and 4 kids didn’t want a German Shepard. I think I have the worse kept looking Pommy in Essex and I will try to do better Jamie. The fact Jamie took me to task in a kind way shows he is not a Slimy ar$e licking shop owner just in it for the money. I will always come back and I recommend to anyone with a dog like mine to come here for grooming . When my dog leaves this pet Spa I feel like I could pull off putting on a mini skirt and a blonde wig and pretend to be Paris Hilton walking with my Pommy under my arm. Previous pet groomer I went to butchered my dogs hair and I deeply regret going to any odd pet groomer. I should have gone to Pet Spa Essex and done the research. Come here for your dog grooming needs. Jamie also has the whitest teeth I have ever seen so bring sun glasses!”

“I can only say I took my 17 year old cat who never been groomed except by home visit by vets (2 people arrived ), still couldn’t handle Missy … but K9 achieved this today removed all knotted fur & cut nails, absolutely brilliant from a genuine review. I would recommend & definitely will take her back, walking with tail up in air again & eating as normal at home & not hiding away. Brilliant K9.”

Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”

I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

“The hotel was great and very convenient. Relatively new and that shows. Everything in perfect condition. Nice size appartement which was easily kept at a nice temperature. The biggest plus was the great staff at the reception . They were so friendly and helpful. That made the real difference.”
