The Hoxton Vet
“A really amazing vet! In just a day she restored my cat Nala (who had stopped eating for days) to good health, and were so reassuring! The communication about the process was great, the place is lovely and everyone who works there was friendly and compassionate. Despite it being a busy Friday they admitted poorly Nala and looked after her so well, I'm really grateful and would definitely recommend/ prioritise coming here in future! Also so happy to support an independent vet in London which hasn't become a Medivet, the price of my cat's treatment was really reasonable considering all the tests and care she received. Thank you!”
Medivet New Cross - John Hankinson Vets
“My vet, Sara, and the nurse who assisted her were kind and thorough with spelling out all the options, as well as informing and empowering me to make the best decision for my pet. Sara went above and beyond making me feel in control despite her vastly superior knowledge and experience, and even remembered Salem from a previous visit. Thank you for your kindness and commitment!”
Mark Nelson Vet, Westerham
“Friendly operation where pets' needs appear to be professionally identified and addressed. Unlike some previous practices we have used in the past, never come under pressure to sign up for expensive extras which are not needed.”
Palmerston Veterinary Group, Hornchurch
“I would highly recommend Palmerston Vets. The whole team are so friendly and helpful and answer all my questions. Karen is fantastic and I feel my puppy is in safe hands.”

Suma Farm Cat Hotel
“I’ve used Suma farm for many years, my girl can be a little shy with new people but the staff filled me with confidence that she would be fine and when I picked her up it was obvious that the staff genuinely cared about the cats almost like they were there own. Would recommend Suma farm cat hotel to all owners who want a high welfare friendly experience.”
V.I.Poochies
“I am writing this review as I was disappointed to see my daughter Jasmine Wallace wrote a review but only gave 3 stars! I have been bringing my dog Tigger to VIP pooches since he was 12 weeks old, ( he is nearly 4 now) and can only say, I would never take him anywhere else. Sophie is careful with him and always settles him in before she starts as with small breeds he can be a little nervous, but on collection he is always bouncing around. He is always well looked after and cut as I request, I only allow Sophie to dog sit for him too as she spoils him rotten. A well deserved 5 stars and shame on you Jasmine”
New Haw Cafe
“Easily one of the best meals and experiences I have ever had, their milkshakes in particular were extremely delicious as was their chocolate fudge cake. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly.”

The Selwyn Hotel
“A wonderful little hotel very close to the centre of Richmond. I stayed 3 nights for work and will definitely choose to stay there again next time I'm down. The staff were very welcoming and the room while small was perfectly formed with everything you need. Very happy to have stayed there.”
Pax Lodge
“Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and a good room. Except the shower pressure was bit low.”
Camden Prime Apart Hotel
“Hotel location is good for walking lovers or taxi callers :) I do like to walk, so 10minutes by feet to tube is working well for me. Building itself is modern, with lift, reception, parking and sitting area outside and inside. Lift makes it accesible for special needs and strollers. Hotel has no air conditioning, so expect to enjoy heet at hot summer days. Flat was big enough with shower, kitchen and the room with bed, sofa and tv area. Hotel have good wifi. Reception is 5☆, no problem at comunication. Room service pick up garbage everyday, so no smells or any discomfort. Hairdryer and iron is awaliable. Had no experience with any noises or unpropriate visitors, any security problems ect. Bed is very good for good rest. I do like to cook my self, kitchen was missing forks, oil, paper towels, salt.. ect. base things for cooking, so I had to buy everything myself. This would be -☆, All electronics works well, enough space for everything. Small shop around the corner, so no problem to buy drinks or food. Some bigger shops are 2 blocks away. Nearest bar is 2min by feet :) Camden market is 30min by feet, a spot You should visit.”

“Had the opportunity of staying here for my birthday! Lovely staff(shoutout to Flynn). Lovely place. Easy to find from the nearest station. Loved the room aesthetic, looked exactly like how I imagined it. A bar/restaurant on ground floor which I loved! Great food. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again!”

“It's a nice little place with wonderful people. It's not to far from the airport either. There is nice nature path nearby to walk around. Full English breakfast was included. The price of staying is certainly responsible too.”

Blue Cross
“I am writing this on behalf of my dad, I had problems with my dog Bruce so I took him to Blue Cross. The vet that saw to him was Nadine. What a credit to blue cross and a great vet. She saw to Bruces problems and kept me up to date. She was very helpful, explaining things to me and when I asked her the same thing more than once she was very patient and understanding. Thank you Nadine from Charles and Bruce (the dog).”
MyVet24-7
“Best vet I ever had. They are so helpful, friendly, and kind and reassuring its unbelievable. They are very caring about the animals its not just a job for them they do genuinely care. They are about average in terms of costs but they do try to help by offering other alternative solutions in regards to paying for any care, services, treatments such as payment plan agreements which is good because not all vets do something like that an some vets its just a job for the staff in the sense they are not really bothered about the animals their just there to do a 9 - 5 PM. So all in all a really good fantastic genuinely caring vets would really recommend to others.”
Willett House Veterinary Surgeons
“Very helpful even with the smallest things Don't make you feel like just another bank account”
Medivet West Byfleet
“Really lovely vets. Staff super friendly, consultation rooms clean and roomy, loads of free parking and great health care plan.”
