“Everything good. Price of surgery given out before procedure and everything was clear. The staff was very reassuring and phoned us after the surgery to update us. As the cat was kept overnight, they phone again the next day to reassure us. Thank you for all the help and care to is and our pet.”

“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“We switched to Young Vet from Vets4Pets and we have been very happy with the clinic. We can get appointments much quicker now and they work till late so that we can visit after our working hours. The Vets are carrying and try to do their best to help.”

“The Park Grand is a very nice hotel very clean and lovely rooms with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Stayed one night after going to Twickenham and had drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The menu was mostly Indian food which I like very much and is cooked on demand not microwaved out of the freezer, there are some alternatives, but it is Indian focused. The garlic naans are among the best I have ever had, and I've been going to India for 25 years at least. A great night's sleep in a comfy bed and finished off the stay with a full buffet style breakfast with fresh cooked eggs etc far too much to tell without typing all day but let's just say it was so good that I went round twice, and it was good value. The only downside is the fact that parking is very limited, however we did get a space, so all was well.”

“The receptionist was lovely! The hotel was clean and nicely furnished with decorations. My room was very good clean and cozy comfortable bed. And the breakfast was lovely. The kitchen staff was friendly and also loved the bar It was a pleasant place. overall I'm really happy with my stay. :-)”
