Scotties are known for being incredibly difficult and stubborn dogs, which my two definitely are, however, despite this, Penny still manages to do an amazing job - they come out looking like a million dollars and looking like models! Penny has a brilliant way with them, makes them feel completely at ease and looks after them like they are her own. I have complete trust in Penny and so do they. I would never go anywhere else. I used to put my two cats into a cattery but, after a bad experience that affected the health of one of them, I wanted the reassurance that they would be well looked after in an environment they knew and wouldn't be stressed by. “I went in to Victoria Chemist today to collect my prescription and asked about having a Covid antibody test done as I am in the at risk group and currently worried about how much protection I have left from the my last vaccination. Priyanka took the time to explain what the results would show (they don't give an exact measure of protection) and I decided to go ahead. I was telephoned within 30 mins with the result and this has really put my mind at rest as I do have antibodies from the vaccines. Thank you Priyanka.”
