"Shop staff very friendly, as for the pharmacist, very bad attitude,disgusting the way she treats people ,talks down to them,judges them in front of other customers, overides doctors prescriptions,rude and obnoxious, and a high and mighty attitude, one of many customers going elsewhere, really a shame her duty of care ,and customer service is non existent, otherwise lovely helpful staff,"
"Phone rings and rings then it's cut off needed answers before travelling in unnecessary. No Boots answers phone tried all times of opening hours."
"It's probably the same everywhere at the moment due to supply issues but hardly any No7 skin care in stock. I bought what was available but couldn't even get the rest online as it was sold out. The lack of staff is another sign of the times with the queue getting longer behind me and feeling under pressure to shop as quickly as possible as people are impatient....however No7 is kept behind the counter for security reasons and I do like to bulk buy so it all adds up to a very disatisfactory shopping experience..."
