"Today was our first visit to this vet, after needing an emergency appointment and taking recommendations from a local Facebook group. Despite only having one experience, I still felt compelled to come online and leave a 5 star review because honestly everything was fantastic. The reception staff when I initially phoned were patience, understanding and helpful. This was even more evident upon arrival, as they were all welcoming and kind. The vet herself was extremely informative and relaxed, our appointment took as long as it took, I didn't feel rushed. The vet and nurse actually went above and beyond for our dog - thank you. Finally, I was also chuffed that in comparison to our previous vet, the fee and prescription felt reasonably priced."
