There is a very talented massage team offering all types of massage. Lyndell with her wonderful Arometherapy and Ballinese massage is definitely a highlight of any visit to this marvellous therapy centre.”

“We had an assessment for ADHD for our daughter, aged 6. Dr Karim was excellent. We felt very supported and listened to. The report is detailed and thorough. The only minor issue we had was that the child's questionnaire, which they answer themselves, wasn't tailored to a 6 year old's intellect. We had to work quite hard to translate some of the statements in a way she could understand then answer. Other than that, it was an excellent service and we are going back to Dr Karim for an ASC assessment in 2 months.”

“Not only were this company the cheapest by far with my and my husbands medical conditions but when we most needed them they were on the end of the phone 24/7. My husband fell and broke his hip and after a full replacement hip operation and 12 days the hospital in Tenerife they let us go. Healix immediatly sent out from the UK a wonderful medic to take us back all the way home. She arranged everything. “We boarded our two working spaniels for two weeks and they looked like they were having the best time! When we picked them up they looked happy, healthy and well taken care of. We worried about them because of the heat wave but the daily updates kept us reassured that they were in great hands. We also really loved that they did daily weight checks for the dogs to make sure they weren’t losing weight due to stress. They really do take the well-being of your dogs seriously. “The gym at Sandown was fully refurbished in January 2018, and is fully kitted out with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Using their Wellness system, you are able to monitor your progress in and out of the gym, as well as help tailor your fitness programme to suit you. They have a whole range of equipment, including Kinesis Cable machines, a Skill Mill, a Ski Erg and an Assault Bike. Selected machines have screens where you can choose a variety of apps to use whilst you exercise. They also have a full suite of resistance training equipment and a well-styled free weights room with Olympic weights.They house Esher’s first and only dedicated Functional Fitness Studio. Their team of personal trainers will use their extensive knowledge to create a fitness experience that can offer sound advice along with functional equipment, helping clients of all ages to improve their fitness and general well-being, and even putting the fun back into fitness!”
