She explained the whole process so thoroughly and really put my mind at ease, I was there for about 4 hours and I couldn’t have been more comfortable and looked after. I am SO happy with my hair it is just perfect and exactly what I wanted, she is extremely talented. The rest of the staff are all so friendly and welcoming, it was a wonderful experience.
