"I’ve been coming here for years and have always been very happy with the service I get from Hui. Unfortunately he wasn’t in so I had to have Zoe - awful. I asked for French manicure on acrylic with normal polish which I have had a couple of times before - on my appt, she told me they can’t do that anymore. She said “when did Hui last do it?” I said “oh a couple of months ago” and she replied “that’s why” in a rude manner. Then went to payment and was told under £50 was cash only - no where on the door or windows does it say this (taken pictures to prove it). Very disappointing service - unlikely to come back as I pay for a service I expect at a nail salon. Not overly happy with my nails either. See Hui, not Zoe."
