"Not only were this company the cheapest by far with my and my husbands medical conditions but when we most needed them they were on the end of the phone 24/7. My husband fell and broke his hip and after a full replacement hip operation and 12 days the hospital in Tenerife they let us go. Healix immediatly sent out from the UK a wonderful medic to take us back all the way home. She arranged everything. She was kind, considerate, understanding and arranged ambulance on a stretcher to Tenerife Airport and again from Luton to home. A better service you could not ask for. Thank you HEALIX."

"In a time of most distress being abroad and my wife had a accident, Healix took control and done an amazing job, our care mqnager Bella, and the team sorted every thing out, hassle free. This made our time dealing with hospitals, hotel, flights, taxis, etc sorted for us so i could care for my wife. EVERYONE needs travel insurance, but these were exceptional, i wish i could give them a higher star rating.... Our next holiday insurance will be with this company, they even bought us 3 seats on the plane so my wifes broken arm was comfortable, they go above and beyond, in every detail is sorted, thank you Healix"
