“There are bad reviews about this surgery but I would like to sing their praises. I went to the surgery today with my daughter who had a flu jab at 8.00a.m. My appointment was 1.00p.m. but Doctor Eliad was prepared for me to have my vaccination early, due to being with my Daughter. Whilst I was there an elderly gentleman needed a prescription, he was told to go to the pharmacist and explain that he needed an urgent prescription. The gentleman explained to Doctor Eliad that the pharmacist is not normally helpful. Doctor Eliad said he would put the computer on specially to send a prescription through to the pharmacist. That is what I call “going beyond the call of duty, on a Saturday. Thank you Garston Medical Centre.”

“Dr Gulati is my trusted expert GP at HHMC (+13 years). Always very polite, friendly, caring and understanding in her approach - which makes dealing with my ongoing medical needs all the better to deal with. Dr Gulati has had a huge positive impact through liaising with myself & the hospital to manage, control and monitor my condition. She carefully diagnoses symptoms, is very engaging and always happy to explain her suggestions though processes and includes me in decision making so I am a part of it. I am thoroughly impressed with Dr Gulati, feel very safe and appreciate her etiquitte and intelligence, always delivered with utmost care and a lovely smile. It is safe to say, I feel re-assured at Dr Gulati's hands and she is the perfect brand ambassador for this practice. Thank you!”

“NOT 5 STAR.... JUST SO YOU SEE IT. My mum wasn't allowed in with me, even after having a very bad panic attack and telling the nurse I suffer with anxiety. The security guard was letting some in whilst others had to wait outside in the cold. I had my blood pressure checked, still had it on my arm deflated. Was talking to my mum on the phone, one sassy male nurse asked me to get up and move seats as another wanted to use the blood pressure machine ( when I stood up I felt funny). I said "one sec", before I could say goodbye to my mum and slowly stand, he had ripped the arm band off and pulled the machine out the wall. Never met such a rude nurse, overall he had a terrible attitude. Sat there waiting for another 45 minutes in a different waiting room (a total of 7 hours). An older lady sat next to me and had been waiting 2 hours for a brain scan, when the xray guy asked if the sassy nurse could help undress her, he groaned and walked off. Another older person wanted their son with them whilst he was having a blood test, he was told "you don't need him, it's just a blood test". My bloods came back "normal" , and they didn't offer me a Covid test, but kept asking if I'd took one. Went to my GP, I have Covid and a Vitamin deficiency.... They didn't test for what I said could be wrong in the first place!!!! Dont trust these people, they are rude and don't care. No compassion. In the end I walked out. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN!!!!!”

I was checked in and went to the children section where there was a bit of a wait but I truly appreciate how busy they were so I cannot complain. This is my hospital of choice. Every member of staff I came across was ’child friendly’ patient and informative. Thank you whipps cross.”

Had to wait less thank 20 minutes for procedure to take place. Back home by 12noon.
