"Had appointment and have been rescheduling appointments due to my health and personal reason. When called to check an appointment i was told i missed my appointment , i was asked to pay £55 in advance so i can book further appointment as i have missed many appointments. No such protocols for their appointments. No reminders are sent either by call or text. I asked for to be booked in but told i would have to go in to make the payment then only i can make an appointment. The receptionist only checked my appointment history when i asked her to check when my appointment was. She checked all my missed appointments for the whole year and said there is a note left by “dentist” to say no more appointments for me!!! I work in a similar role myself so i kinda have a rough idea about how these work even though they are not same. This so called “note” left by a dentist was never addressed till i made a call. Im not sure why i wasn’t informed of this on the day or after i missed my appointment!! You should at least give a warning to the patients in regards to your DNAs. Receptionist spoke to me as if I committed a crime. Ridiculous!!"

"What a joke of a dentist. I had an appointment. But had to cancel rang to cancel and it was all fine as I cancelled in advance. The next the I get a call saying because I a cancelling I won’t get an appointment for 4 months unless I come in for my appointment. What a joke, they think they are one of the top dentist in town."
