“I share positive experience with SAM at Tesco Pharmacy! He is a credit to Tesco's - let alone the Pharmacy department. I went to Pharmacy to enquire if I could get a Blistex cream that I was unable to find on the shelf in main store. A lady appeared at the counter after some time - myself and 3 other customers were waiting a good while. I shared with the lady what I was looking for - the conversation quickly became intense and uncomfortable!! The lady let me know this cream is no longer produced. I asked for an alternative and she became extremely difficult by not "understanding" - lady had me just about exposing myself in front of everyone. (Shame on her!) SAM - who was at the back hearing this conversation between myself and the lady, came out to the front and offered me an alternative that I had requested then served me to pay. I left there well shell shocked and feel much appreciated by SAM for stepping in. Thank you SAM!”

After 31 days after invoice (so presumably after the query period) I realised the office trays hadn't arrived. I rang the office and they advised they would investigate. I got a replacement delivered the next working day with email confirmation. Great, easy customer services and would definitely use again.”

“Just ordered take out, never had it before and I'm blown away. After I ordered I checked reviews not thinking and it's unfortunate the rating is so low. Enough food to feed 4 people at less then 20£ per person is unreal. Flavour unreal, steaming hot. Only thing I was bummed out about was the pancakes with duck are given in raw state, maybe I'm missing something so that could be on me. Very pleased, mouth is tingling. Please try.”
