"Avoid at all costs. Cold food, late food, the branch don’t understand you when you call to ask about delivery location. On hold for 10 minutes then only received half order and cold. The ratings say it all go somewhere else"

"Never use this store use another as they will accept orders and take your money multiple times and not refund you been waiting well over any normal refund time. The staff accepted a order that was placed the night before the following day and didnt provide any refund the staff are rude and talk to you in a way of intimidation and start using racism as a way out of anything they try use the race card after giving you mouth the manager isnt in until 5pm either apparently THEIFS"

"Avoid Avoid Avoid I had to wait over 2 hours for my order I rang numerous times and was told 20 mins each time … rude staff … the app was telling me it was being checked and cut for over an hour and a half and then it said “enjoy” your order as it was delivered (it was delivered another hour after this)!! Moreover When it finally arrived arrived it was stone cold and we couldn’t eat it, money down the drain and the toppings were wrong and no dip with the cheesy bites :((!! …I complained to the delivery driver who told to me to call the store (it was closed by this time) he stated they had no drivers why he had taken so long, I asked him to pass on to the store that I couldn’t eat the pizza as it was cold ! I would have gone to the store if it was not past one o’clock in the morning ..!! Unbelievably poor customer service and product at this store and I won’t be going back and I am claiming my money back!! Please use ANY OTHER pizza store in Brentwood not Papa Johns … AVOID AVOID AVOID"
