"Absolutely no people skills here. The customer service is beyond dreadful. Every time I’ve been in to drop a package, the lady behind the counter is on her phone and doesn’t say a word apart from expecting you to know where to put the package or just points. Evri should really consider who they partner with because talking to the people there assuming they own it is like talking to a brick wall."

"Today I brought in a package I needed to send back. I wasn't able to get the code scanned as it wouldn't recognise it. I could see the camera was dirty and asked the owner for something to clean it. He was rude and told me no one else had any issues and it was my problem. He eventually gave me a dry dirty rag to clean it which did not work. I have just returned from a different shop which had exactly the same system but a clean lens and guess what, it worked first time! Don't bother with these guys."

"No people skills, rude, shop looks dreadful, I could carry on and on but the only reason I'm writing this and wasting my time is because I went to see if an order was there for collection at around 6pm this evening (should have been delivered by 1pm) and the guy behind the counter was so rude! Just asked if he had my order, he replied 'no' said thank you and as I walked out he shouted something that didn't sound pleasant!!! Doesn't cost anything to have manners especially as I work in retail as well!!!!!!"
