"Ordered on UberEats last night but after about 2 hours of waiting, i decided to call the restaurant to find out where my order was. No answer, User busy. Another hour goes by and still nothing, called the restaurant again. No answer, User busy. The restaurant then marks my order as delivered which couldn't have been further from the truth. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, the restaurant not even bothering to answer the phone or update customers. Will never be ordering from Yummy Box again."
"Prawn satay was delicious, noodles were tooo sweet, duck was cooked perfectly but pancakes were all stuck togather and cucmber and spring onions were cut to thick. Menu has a good selection, prices are some what okish. 3 star coz im in a good mood. Need to make small but serious improvments and u could easily b 4 or 5 star."
"The food is absolutely delicious and they have a wide range of dishes to choose from; however, both of the two times that I have had a takeaway from Yummy Box (ordered and delivered through JustEat) there have been items missing. Last time the driver had left the drinks in his car, which I understand wasn't the shop's fault, but this time when we rang the shop up they told us to just get a refund for those two missing items through JustEat rather than waiting for them to turn up. Also, though JustEat estimated the order should take 45-50 minutes to arrive, it took around an hour and fifteen or so minutes to turn up. If the food wasn't such a good quality, this review would have been just one star."
"Ordered for delivery with Just Eat, food arrived on time but that's where the good news ends. I ordered sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style and egg fried rice and some drinks. Sweet and sour chicken was very bland and tasteless, the sauce was bright red like blood which was very off-putting. The egg fried rice was also bland and tasteless. The drinks never arrived. Avoid at all cost, don't waste your money here."
