On top of that it's a really welcoming, friendly practice with plenty of parking. Always give price options and suggest ways to even do things so its covered under your existing plans. Nurses also wonderful and Very helpful reception staff. You know your fur baby is in good hands. Would highly recommend. Also I’ve moved and it’s a bit far now but I wouldn’t change even though I have a vets 5 mins from me. Thank you Will and team.”

“I took my cat there on Saturday morning. He had been attacked and was dead. I was distraught but the lady I spoke with when I called was full of empathy and support. She explained all my options I was happy to leave him with her for attention. Good place. Worth a visit if you're in strife with your animal friend.”

“Our Black Lab, Harri, was with Wylies from day one. Sadly on Wednesday, after 14 years, we had to say goodbye. Wylies have been great, from the day appointments back in Elm Park to the 1 am emergency appointments. Their suggestion of the Librela enabled H to continue his excellent quality of life till the end. The staff are friendly, compassionate and kind, and I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else.”

“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

Monthly injections were recommended I was worried about the financial cost however the vets are going to help me claim for this on Bear's insurance. The vet was very kind and knowledgeable and I was offered me cheaper alternatives to treating Bear.”

“I got a annual vaccine for my New Mini Lop Rabbit. His 10 weeks old. Cost me £70 but the vet did a full health check and said his healthy. The vet was very nice and i trusted him with my little ball of fur. Would recommend this vet. Saw alot of people with dogs and cats coming to vets so im sure they are very good with all pets.
