"I recently took my pet to this vet clinic and unfortunately, I have to say that the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff failed to provide me with clear information and pricing for the services my pet received, making it difficult for me to understand what I was paying for. Furthermore, they were unwilling to provide me with copies of the records for my pet, which I needed to take to a new vet clinic. The lack of transparency and professionalism from the staff at this clinic makes me question their credibility and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Their delay in providing the records also put my pet's health at risk. Be aware of their unprofessional attitude before deciding to take your pet there."
