“I had consultations at a couple of Harley St. hair clinics, but I wasn’t filled with confidence - both felt like I was getting a hard sell rather than an attentive and informative consulation. I tried the Treatment Rooms and was immediately at ease that Dr Vara, who did my initial consultation, would be the person carrying-out the procedure. He answered all and any questions I had and was completely honest about the potential results. On the day, the procedure was actually incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Dr Vara, Dr Fernando and their entire team were incredibly friendly, great fun, highly knowledgeable and consummate professionals - my comfort was their highest concern and nothing was too much trouble. The procedure was literally pain-free. Even the initial aneasthetic injections were barely noticeable due to their novel distraction technique. I’m now a few days into my recovery - there’s still no discomfort at all and the results are looking great. Their aftercare has been comprehensive with full instructions on what I need to do and I know I’m able to contact Dr Vara personally should I have any questions or concerns at all. I had been considering a transplant for a couple of years, but within minutes of meeting Dr Vara any hesitation disappeared and I’m so pleased I went ahead. I can’t wait to see the final results! The Treatment Rooms exceeded my expectations in every respect and I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Absolute legends!”

“I have been coming here for a long time and I am very happy with all the services and treatments I have used including eyebrow threading, facials, roots colouring, wash/cut/blowdry, hair up-dos and wedding/party makeup. I got my hair and makeup done by Nita for my wedding registration, and she also set my sari fantastically. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is well-decorated and clean. They also offer a loyalty scheme which is nice. Parking is usually easy to find. Definitely recommended.”

“If I could give Michelle and this salon 10 million stars, I would! But unfortunately, I can only give 5. I have never in my 27 years of living had someone as incredible as Michelle sit down with me and explain EVERY problematic thing I’m facing with my hair AND how to fix it. I’m from Los Angeles, and I was in Richmond for work. I’ve spent the past several years getting Keratin treatments on my hair because I naturally have very frizzy and course hair. No matter what cream, shampoo, styling regimen I had tried, nothing EVER worked to help get my hair to a decently manageable place. The ONE thing I found that worked as a temporary solution were keratin treatments. I started getting them regularly every 4-5 months. This in itself started to cause issues with my hair, as I found my hair getting incredibly brittle and dry, while morphing into a weird half curly half straight texture. I kinda ignored those “negative” side effects from the treatments because my logical brain said “but Keratin is HEALTHY for my hair, why on earth would that be the thing that was damaging it??” So I of course blamed my new hair issues on the different shampoos and hair creams I was trying at the time. Well fast forward to being in Richmond, England for work, and my hair was starting to get really frizzy again. So naturally, I was due for another keratin treatment. I found Sheen salon online, and liked that Sheen was an organic salon, so I immediately called and booked a smoothing treatment. I had an appointment with Michelle and I had NO idea what I was about to walk into. Before giving me any hair treatments, she sat me down and asked me to tell her all of my hair concerns. I went into detail about how my hair at the top of my head is incredibly oily, and the hair at the ends is inanely dry. I explained my incredibly long journey with keratin treatments and so on. To my surprise, she was not only educated in hair care, but she also knew the SCIENCE behind hair and how to take care of it. She went into explaining how adding so much keratin to my hair can actually damage it!! I was so blown away! She then told me that she does not recommend I get another treatment, and that instead, I should start focusing on making the hair I do have as healthy as possible so I can learn to love it. If I’m being honest, I didn’t even know something like that could be possible. I’ve never EVER loved my natural hair, and I didn’t think I was about to start loving it now. And to give context to how my hair was looking while I sat in that salon chair chatting with Michelle - my hair was literally breaking off as Michelle was touched it. My hair had never been in a worse condition. She explained to me that hair care is a journey, not a one-time fix, and that she loves cultivating healthy hair routines for her clients so they can embark on journeys of having healthy and beautiful hair they LOVE. She said that even though I live in California, she is here as a resource to help me get back on track and not only restore my hair, but also help bring it to its highest and most radiant potential. The last time I saw Michelle was 5 months ago, and (I seriously cannot believe I’m about to say this) LOVE my natural hair now. I rarely even touch my heating tools anymore, and I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair. My natural curls are coming back, and my hair is growing fuller, and is no longer breaking off. The products she recommended to me are from an organic brand called “Natulique” and that’s ALL I’ve used for the past 5 months. If I could afford to fly Michelle out to Los Angeles every 6 weeks to do my hair, I absolutely would without any hesitation. I promised myself I would try to keep this google review short, but I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Michelle. I have her saved on my phone as “Michelle The Hair Angel.” I CANNOT wait to come back! THANK YOU MICHELLE!”

Salvatore has a great knowledge on color application and he is a great hair stylist, he always recommend the most suitable hair cut but he is also open to satisfy your wish :) Yesterday I showed him a picture of a color that I like and I was able to replicate the same color on my hairs. “I've been going to see Karen for roughly 7 years now. I visit regularly (approx. every 6-8 weeks). Not only is she just lovely to chat to, but straight-up professional. She knows exactly what I'm after, and being with her for so long, knows how to make my hair work for me. She's great at recommending alterations to my colour, treatments and perfectly accommodates any changes I want to my cut and blow-dry's. Really looks after me well when I'm there - knows I always love a tea, especially during my earlier appointments! Great service and stylist - would always recommend her. “I booked into see Georgina at FIFTY on the recommendation of my friend Emma. I needed a trim, then a tie up, then a BIG CUT in order to send a hair donation to The Little Princess Trust. The trust make wigs for children and young adults who loose their hair when going through cancer treatment. After the donation chop (a pony tail of 36 cms) I then had a restyle. Georgina did THE MOST AMAZING JOB! we nattered away throughout and she put me totally at ease. I LOVE my new style and would like to share how wonderful Georgina is. She will be forever more my hairdresser, thank you so much Georgina.”
