"I’m a usual customer but I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and asked her to thread and trim my eyebrows and she cut off half of it whilst also making them a lot thinner when I specifically said just a tidy up! Was also on the phone for a long period of time while I was waiting. Despite going all the time, I will not be returning again. I think it was a different woman that who normally does my eyebrows but I’m very disappointed. Will never be returning."

"I've always gone to Nita's as a young child to get my hair done and recently trialled getting colouring...she's amazing! I wouldn't trust anybody else except her with my hair as she always knows exactly what colour would suit my skin tone. I've never been too keen on bleach and Nita's always managed to get the right colour for me without bleaching and damaging my hair...would definitely recommend!"

"This salon has been great to me over the years. The staff are very friendly, but in particular Brenda is exceptional. I would not trust anyone as much as I trust her to do my hair. Literally have travelled across the other side of London to always get my hair done by Brenda. She’s absolutely great. I’m very minimal with my words (mainly because I’m not great at articulating what I want) but she seems to understand exactly what I want and does her magic!! I have always received compliments for my hair and it’s thanks to you Brenda!! Forever recommended!!!"

"I have been coming here for a long time and I am very happy with all the services and treatments I have used including eyebrow threading, facials, roots colouring, wash/cut/blowdry, hair up-dos and wedding/party makeup. I got my hair and makeup done by Nita for my wedding registration, and she also set my sari fantastically. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is well-decorated and clean. They also offer a loyalty scheme which is nice. Parking is usually easy to find. Definitely recommended."
