Sue did the initial consultation and was very open about the help the laser treatment will provide in reducing hair growth. There is no magic one stop solution, especially as I suffer hormonal issues and Sue honestly addressed that issue and the need for timely top up measures in the future. The team is super friendly and knowledgeable. Karen is my regular aesthetician. She helps me manage my anxiety about the treatment by talking to me through it.
