"I had a full head of highlights and a haircut done by Georgia. The first time I went to Q-Cuts, it was great and I got a good haircut. The second time, I had a full head of highlights and a haircut. However, the highlights grew out very quickly because she had not put them close enough to my roots, so I am having to get my highlights done again already, which is very costly. I raised this with Q-Cuts when I called them at around 2pm in the afternoon to speak to the manager. The receptionist said the manager would call me after 6pm when the salon was closed but in the end nobody called back. I thought this was very poor customer service, considering I spent almost £300 on a haircut and highlights, and paid for special shampoo and conditioner as well. I am disappointed by this hairdresser. Initially they were very good, but I felt that Georgia did not give me a good haircut or highlights on my second visit."
