“Jamie gave me a hard time about my dog. I like that. Got a Pommy as wife and 4 kids didn’t want a German Shepard. I think I have the worse kept looking Pommy in Essex and I will try to do better Jamie. The fact Jamie took me to task in a kind way shows he is not a Slimy ar$e licking shop owner just in it for the money. I will always come back and I recommend to anyone with a dog like mine to come here for grooming . When my dog leaves this pet Spa I feel like I could pull off putting on a mini skirt and a blonde wig and pretend to be Paris Hilton walking with my Pommy under my arm. Previous pet groomer I went to butchered my dogs hair and I deeply regret going to any odd pet groomer. I should have gone to Pet Spa Essex and done the research. Come here for your dog grooming needs. Jamie also has the whitest teeth I have ever seen so bring sun glasses!”

“I’d booked Hienie (after a lot of indecisiveness about appointment times on my part) for both my wedding nails and my mother’s nails, and she did such an incredible job that we could barely look away from them on the drive home! (I did for obvious safety reasons but mum was very content to do so). Hienie was incredibly kind and comfortable to converse with, and completed both designs with a smoothness and ease that it was very quick to trust that we wouldn’t be disappointed with the result. From the time we were there also, all the girls were so welcoming and energetic, I couldn’t have asked for a more positive outcome and experience for us both. I was bored of my style and got into a bit of a rut but she chatted it through with me and suggested a few different things and gave great advice on how to tweak it and Im so happy with the result. The colour lasts really well and makes my hair look really glossy - I also use Sam for my daughters hair cuts and he is fab, very patient with a fidgety five year old and then always styles it beautifully after. - offers amazing drinks/biscuits while using the salon and you can also order food from The Brentwood Kitchen next door to eat while having your appt which is such a great idea”

“Travelled from London to Essex to get Brazilian keratin blow dry here as was recommend by a friend! I have frizzy curly hair and when I got to the salon they did a detailed explanation of what would happen and what service was the best for outcome I wanted. They did offer hair Botox which is similar but keeps the curls but I wanted it straight for now and might try hair Botox after! It’s my second wash now and my hair is the straightest sleekest it’s ever been! I’ve had a few done in London before but my mate was right when she said this is the best place for keratin treatment”

This is not just because of the fantastic level of service and brilliant, up-to-date skill the staff have, but also because they are all so friendly - they know when to be chatty and when to leave you to relax and let your mind wander. My favourites are the eyelash extensions - easily the best I've ever had done and at such a reasonable price - and the shellac nails. The therapists are really accommodating and offer great advice on what colours and treatments to have as well.”

Never feel rushed and, given the costs of obtaining the ongoing medication our dog needs, they offered to give us a private prescription so that we can buy the meds on the internet for half the cost. Definitely recommend this practice, one of the best I've ever belonged to.”
