"I never leave any bad reviews, but this time I had to.We booked two appointments for classic lashes through Treatwell.When we got there, we were told that the only women that was there couldn’t do classic lashes.We booked two people with my friend so we could do the lashes at the same time , but the other lady that we had booked wasn’t there.After that we just wanted a refund, but the lady said she couldn’t do it, and she had to call the boss.The boss wasn’t picking up her phone so we had to stay in the salon for 45 min in order to get our money back.Very bad experience."
